TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A 30% deposit payment is taken at the time of booking (30% of total or £25, whichever amount is greater), the remaining balance is due at check-in. No refund will be given for shortened stays.

On check-in we will ask you some questions about your pet, you will pay the balance and leave a contact number. 

 

RABBIT VACCINATIONS

Myxomatosis and RVHD1 and RVHD2  (Myxomatosis is covered by the Nobivac and the RVHD2 is covered with a FILAVAC or ERAVAC vaccination) Yearly vaccinations for rabbits are OBLIGATORY in order to board with us. We will ask you for proof of vaccination.

 

HEALTH ISSUES

All animals boarded with us should arrive in good health. We reserve the right to turn away pets that are in poor health.

Existing medical conditions need to be disclosed. If your animal is undergoing treatment, please let us know, we can administer any ongoing medication.

 

ILLNESS and DEATH

In the unlikely event of your animal falling ill/ becoming injured, it will be seen by our local vet in Dronfield, unless you tell us otherwise. All bills are your responsibility and are to be settled with the veterinary practice upon your return. We encourage responsible pet ownership and highly recommend insuring your pet.

Small pets can become ill and die unexpectedly with very little warning signs. In this instance, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible, so your wishes can be respected.

 

UNCOLLECTED/ABANDONED PETS

Uncollected/abandoned animals will be put for re-homing after 14 days of agreed collection date. 

 

LIABILITY

We will do our best to ensure your animal enjoys their stay with us, stays happy and healthy. We are insured with Protectivity Insurance - Pet Business Insurance. Please contact us if you would like to know more, we will provide you with our policy terms and conditions wording and our policy number if necessary.
